Organisational Tools for Changing Minds

In his Forbes article How do you change an organisational culture? Steve Dennings points out that:

… an organization’s culture comprises an interlocking set of goals, roles, processes, values, communications practices, attitudes and assumptions. The elements fit together as a mutually reinforcing system and combine to prevent any attempt to change it.

He lists a suite of change tools to be deployed as leadership, management, power.  The chart below is a re-draw of Dennings’ tools for organisational change.  It serves as a roadmap, and as a toolkit for change journeys.
